Step by Step

So Laney has been working really hard to learn how to walk. I honestly don't think she'd be trying so hard if she hadn't been hanging out with all these older kids who CAN walk. She's so so close!! We go for "walks", which reminds me more of when my sister was little and she would go "walk" the dalmation we used to have. That dog dragged her everywhere. Laney doesn't have a leash, but she still drags me everywhere. She just learned how to sign dog, so of course whenever she hears a dog bark, a bird chirp, or a car drive by, she's patting her leg or chest, it's so cute!! So now we're trying to help her differentiate between the different sounds. Here is a picture of Laney taking our neighbor Sidney for walk, no really. Laney is doing all the pushing, we just make sure the stroller doesn't veer off the sidewalk.
