Finally we made it for Cali's debut at the beach. This is Capitola, one of our fav's. Thank goodness she LOVED it, or else it would seem rather silly to spell her name C-a-l-i. She would get so excited when a wave would come crashing towards her, she'd quiver with excitment. (She also does that with her bottle). She just couldn't get enough of it. We'd bring her over to the blanket and she'd start fussing looking toward the beach. Laney would much rather hang out in the shade on the blanket, digging away at the sand. We got her to check out the water a little bit, but she headed back inland pretty quickly. Maybe when she gets a little older.....

I could see Laney in the video get a little disoriented when the waves pulled away from her feet, so cute!
