For our family vacation we decided to take the 4 hour trek and check out the famous Lake Tahoe. Now we know why it's so famous, it was soooo beautiful!! And there is so much to do! We were pretty limited by my fear the girls falling in the water, getting sunburnt, or having a melt down, but we can't wait to come back again with friends or once the girls are a little older to enjoy all that lake tahoe has to offer.

We tried to do some hiking at the top, but the girls were just too tukered out.

To be honest, this was my favorite part, these beaches were crawling with Lady Bugs!!! How can having a lady bug crawl up your foot not be good luck!
