Spending Time with Family

It's been a few months. Time is cruising by. Tess and Laney spent a week in Utah visiting the Parkers and the Leanys and had a great time. I flew out too for a quick weekend with them then got to fly home with them. Laney sure loves seeing her grandparents. The 'Fall 2007' link on the right has some of the pics from the trip. It also has a bunch of fun pictures of Laney, of course. Now that I think of it we may have gone to Utah twice since we've last written. We love the Jetblue SFO-SLC flight!

Laney loves being around people. She loves going to church where she's the center of attention. She enjoys watching college football with her mom and dad, and will be sad when this crazy exciting season is over. Go BYU!! She also really enjoys going to the park and watching the big kids play. I'm sure that will be her up there on the big slide before we know it. It's crazy seeing such a big personality in such a little person. She pants with excitement while eating applesauce and gags at the first taste of avocado. It's fun getting to know her better. We love being her parents. Apparently she loves us too, or at least that's what we assume she's telling us with all those drooly kisses (Grabbing you with both hands real tight and nuzzling her open mouth on our checks, arms, and noses...see the video below).

We've had a few visitors lately, which is a lot of fun (see the photo albums on the right). We had weekend visits from Stacie and Joseph as well as tia Tabby. We also had the rest of my siblings come stay for a night, which was fun. Also, aunt Kellie is coming soon (we hope). More visitors are always welcome!
